"They only had 70 yards passing against the worst team in the SWAC"
"There is no way that Auburn will lose this game. It is not possible."
"Mississippi State is the worst football team I have ever seen."

Wow! I also like the guy who called in shortly after to say that Auburn was going to face Florida in the Nat Champ game. THEN, Tammy calls in to say they will be 8 - 0 after the LSU game... Holy ****! These guys have no 17ing perception of reality.

chock full of DiamondReb/KB21-like smacktards and apologists. It's good for its comedic value and to gauge the sentiment of typical Bama sidewalk alumni.

Auburn fans are starting to turn into obnoxious Alabama fans. The guy was serious when he was talking 11-1 and playing Florida. Finebaum said Auburn would lose at least 5 conference games and he went ballistic.

the lone Auburn guy in my office predicts 9 wins and drinks heavily from the Chizik cool aid fountain. As the humble State fan that I am, ive basically have been saying all week that I think this game will be a toss up and I expect a fairly decent game to watch. He quickly says that AU will blow the doors off of us on their way to the SEC champ game.

/All I say is, we shall see...
//Im way to nice to these people
///I guess its just my lot in life, as a State fan

I mean I'm not the BCS formula keeper or anything, but say you have two undefeated teams, one from SECE and one from SECW, meet in the SECCG...most likely they'd be one and two going in to the game, right? so then when one of them has a loss what, realistically, is the likelihood of that defeated team still holding on to the number 2 ranking in the BCS and meeting the winning SEC team in the NC?

Sorry for all the acronyms...

Basically, Auburn would have to go 11-1 and tie for the SEC West title but lose the tiebreaker. Then Florida would have to beat whoever did win the tiebreaker in the title game. Also, there could be no undefeated teams in another BCS conference. Florida would be #1 and #2 would be either Auburn or a 1-loss team from another conference.
