Basketball team this year.
We will be able to look back on March 10th to see who wins all the fabulous prizes!!
I am feeling positive about our future, just not this year, I think we sit at 8 wins this year.

You're predicting a step back from last year? I would say if we only win 8 this year, that puts Paris on the hot seat for next year.

Hopefully we just didn't take the charity exhibition against Wofford seriously last night. Maybe we didn't play our starters or something.

I really don't know what to predict. We lost a ton of scoring from last year's team, but other's on here say that's no biggie and everyone we lost is easily replaceable.

We haven't picked up any serious recruits, so hopefully the transfers are hidden gems who will blow up here. For the sake of Paris' future, I think he needs to show modest progress by picking up another win or two over last year.

Men's basketball is in the doldrums big time around here. Football is the only sport we have that can still retain the interest of the majority of the fan base even when performing poorly. A season on the order of 8 wins would not be good.

I was thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of a .300 win percentage this year. Now with the loss of our #1 recruite, for at lest a while, I dropped that down to around. 225.
I would love to be wrong and have a reason to enjoy our BB season this year.

If we're bad, I hope we're memorably bad.

That 1-21 stretch in football is FAR more memorable than if we had gone 5-17.

Of course, I hope we're memorably good most of all, but that doesn't seem likely.

I actually think they'll be better without GG. He's a great talent, but he wasn't ready to lead a team. Now, the rest of the squad doesn't have to lean on someone that wasn't ready.

15 wins is my prediction.

15 will be around .500 for the season. That would far surpass my expectations.
That would have the fan base really looking forward to 2025.
