One of the best weekends of the year, and I hope hog is on the menu tomorrow for more than just our football team.

I’m thinking pulled pork sliders, a rack of ribs, and Angel’s Envy this weekend

what do y’all have going on?

My favorite weekend did a pork but last year but alas I will be at the game so no cooking. I am sad about this one.

Breakfast time kick off out here so definitely some caesars and mimosas. Couldn't commit to the pumpkin milkshake IPAs so will stick to the bourbon. Thinking some beef sliders

I have two racks of baby backs ready to go on the egg. I’ll do a smoked cream cheese for the first quarter. I’m thinking about going to the store and buying a chuck roast in the morning and doing a smoked Ms Pot Roast while the grill is hot. It makes the best sammiches known to man.

Just bought the biggest Chuck roast that my grocery store had. Going to smoke it in the early hours of the morning and then do a big pot of Texas style chili with it during the day tomorrow

I started early with some blackened red snapper tonight on the griddle with vegetables and an ice cold Coors light or two. I’m thinking tomorrow will be pork street tacos from the griddle for the game and fire up the grill later for steaks.

I'm going to burn exactly 3 Hebrew National hot dogs and throw them in my neighbors pool. No real reason other than I want to hear him talk about that ******* neighbor that keeps throwing random **** in his pool.

He has no idea it's me.

Doing a Williamsburg casserole for brunch. Will fire up the egg at halftime and plan on some wings and pork loin.

Caesars? Are you Canadian or something?

Be a murican and have yourself a bloody mary. Preferably topped with bacon and waffles, but skip the straw.

Haha, the Caesar is a poor man's bloody mary for sure. Although I had one in Alberta with beef jerky in it, so maybe they're on to something. But when in Rome, better than being sober in the morning. I'll use it to wash down my Thanksgiving meal this weekend.

The bacon and waffles are impressive, but that's enough peppercorn at the bottom to choke a loon. Actually looks like somebody dumped a bottle of Montreal steak seasoning in there.

They stock these in the vending machines.

Yummy. Nothing like pickled bean artificial flavoring.

Was going to go with pulled pork, but saw some nice Brats at HEB. SIMMERED them in beer for an hour, then seared for 15 minutes in an iron skillet.
Cooked onions in the same iron skillet, then put both on hoagie buns.
