Just watching LSU gives me nightmares about last year, when the debacle to come became crystal clear.
This game has more returning State players than the State game.
After 3 coaches in 3 years you can't blame players for leaving

One or both of these two teams could end up in the playoff. Contenders stepping up and playing big OOC games. Ole Miss has Wake Forest.
That’s like Miami beating Florida. you have to think, maybe Miami is just really good ? I think Cam Ward is that good and Miami is a playoff team.
I think they’ll be ok at schools like Southern Cal, LSU & Washington.
Woody got the hell beat out of him for 4 years in offenses that weren’t RB friendly. I do not blame him at all.
Zavion, yeah he was holding out for that LSU offer from day one, I have less sympathy there.

It's really early, but I think they both will make it. They're playing well, and it's an even game. USC and LSU both have talented receivers.

Yes Ward is that good. If he stays healthy that team will keep rolling

If we could get one transfer back tomorrow, my choice would be Woody Marks.
That’s pretty tricky, everybody is calling for Billy’s head, rightfully so, but maybe Miami with Ward is really good. I think given their schedule they re in the playoffs. I doubt they have the bodies up front to beat Georgia or OSU but they are in the final 12.
I think ND showed they are around #10. A and M is #20-25 , they could be better later in the year if they get their offense figured out because they have the talent and Elko is a good defensive coach. Their offense looks like a mess, Elkomwould have been better off keeping Petrino.
Miami people, and I married into a Miami family, think they are going to be really good.
Brian Kelly is really easy to dislike. I feel ever so slightly bad for their fan base that they have to live with him.
My wife just asked if he could catch out of the backfield. I said yes 40 times a year but it had to be 3 yards down the field with his back to the defense.
