I remember when Storm Duck (cb) played at Boiling Springs High. He was a 3 star recruit who blew up at UNC. My guess is he will want to come home and play at Carolina. I don't think Muschamp recruited him back when he was a Boiling Springs. UNC was probably his best offer at the time.
Tony Grimes is proof that not all 5 star players work out to be great players. He was/is a dud. I don't think Beamer recruits him, but who knows, maybe under a different coach he'd prosper.
With the Offensive Coordinator leaving for Wisky, some folks on the UNC site were saying Drake Maye would enter the portal if Longo left. He's a good quarterback but not great as you can see with UNC getting beaten in the last 3 games, and will absolutely get destroyed by Oregon. Go DUCKS!!!
There is the Nash kid from Gastonia who I believe has never played a down at UNC was a 4 star. He may be worth looking at...I don't know...
