I agree with one exception. I thought the maroon uni’s with gold numbers (maybe 2011? I just remember it was misting rain the whole game) were great. But on the whole, I’m in the “no special uniforms” camp.

I’m all for it It’ll give us a legit cause to blame the upcoming loss on. It’s really getting old blaming losses on piss poor coaching, inferior talent, a man who’s been dead for two years, the three stooges of college administration, cheap fans, or overly convenient squirrels. I think the subtle accents are best (2014). However The 2019 uniform was swac.

Like the all black Sunday baseball uniforms had to go when the sports gods deemed you will always lose in them, the script State football helmet needs to be retired after this season.

Pretty much anything on a white helmet looks worse than it would on a maroon helmet. Gold lettering especially.
