if Raffo was worth a ****, he would coach the team up. It is evident that we don't have a head coach with his head in the game right now.

But, no. We get <17>in' blown out. So, Raffo is just going to stand around and lett the skipper sink the ship.

<17> you, Raffo.

I think the situation is we not only have a lame duck coach, but also a lame duck coaching staff. They all are probably more concerned with where their next jobs are going to be rather than try to salvage this piece of crap season. I can't blame them.

It seems like Byrne has someone in mind, feels like he can get them to come to MSU, and it really wouldn't matter if Raffo took the team over and they won out. I'm sure that Raffo knows that most fans don't want him, and he probably has taken the "why bother" attitude.

The only way this team turns it around is for the players to take over. If you're Grant Hogue or Mark Goforth- steal, bunt, do whatever. Even if Polk bitches at you, he's gone. Hitters- if you get a pitch you like swing. Pitchers/Catchers, just call the game regardless of what McNickle wants. Just have some damn pride and play to win and let these loser coaches go <17> themselves. That would be my attitude if I was on the team. Just go out and play hard and aggressive and see what happens. Basically, just revolt against the coaches. They're gone anyway. They can't bench the entire team. Plus, we only have to put up with the assclowns for maybe a little more than a month.
