I don't know if you care to watch both tournaments, but you can swap between a group of quad boxes featuring the Men's games and a similar quad box of the NCAA tournament women's games. It's a little bit clunky, but you can do it if you want to keep up with many games simultaneously.

How have y’all’s feeds been? My feed on the basketball games has been glitchy and grainy quite a bit. Only on channels with the men’s games.
