2025 IOL Tai Buster commits to Auburn Tigers
Kannapolis (N.C.) A.L. Brown three-star interior offensive lineman Tai Buster has committed to the Auburn Tigers.
Brown visited Auburn last weekend — his first time on campus. He told Auburn Live that the Tigers vaulted into his top three because they caught him and offered him early in his recruitment.
“They saw me and I really appreciate that,” Buster told Auburn Live. “They really got me rolling with this.”
Brown is the nation’s No. 534 overall prospect, No. 33 interior offensive lineman and No. 13 recruit from North Carolina in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

This class also includes commitments from Buford (Ga.) four-star cornerback Devin Williams, Athens (Ala.) offensive tackle Spencer Dowland and a pair of tight ends in Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton’s Ryan Ghea and Peachtree City (Ga.) Mcintosh’s Hollis Davidson.
“I committed to Auburn,” Williams told On3. “It was a different feeling. I was planning some visits in the spring, I thought I would take official visits, but over the last four or five days, it just hit me. The more I thought about it, I knew Auburn was where I wanted to be. I knew it was time to commit and I knew Auburn the school.”
Williams locked down his commitment to the Tigers at the end of February.
“Auburn showed a lot of love. They have been the leader in my mind for a while. The coaches have been consistent, they have always recruited me hard and the four or five times I have visited, it has just felt right. I kept going back because of that feeling. My commitment date moved up, but Auburn has always been high on my list.
“Since the new staff came in, they have reached out, they have checked on me, they ask about school and they have just made sure I am good. That meant a lot. Auburn showed me they wanted me and every time I was there, it felt like home.”
