Elite 2025 4-star CB Jaboree Antoine visiting Tennessee
Neyland Stadium will be a recruiting hotbed this weekend, as Tennessee hosts Texas A&M in a major SEC clash on Rocky Top.
Plenty of elite recruits will be in the building, including New Iberia (La.) Westgate four-star cornerback Jaboree Antoine. The 6-foot-1, 170-pounder is one of the highest-ranked prospects in the 2025 cycle, checking in at No. 25 in the On3 Industry Ranking.
Antoine has previously made visits to LSU and Texas and has also seen Texas A&M and Alabama. The in-state Tigers are the current frontrunners for the elite DB, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM).
“Tennessee, Texas and LSU are hitting me up the most consistently. They hit me up every day really,” Antoine told On3’s Sam Spiegelman in September.
LSU is consistently pushing for Antoine
Brian Kelly and LSU have had Antoine on campus twice, including a game visit on Sept. 9. The Tigers’ 2025 class already features four commitments, including Duncanville (Texas) five-star wide receiver Dakorien Moore.
Antoine would be the third in-state pledge for LSU in the cycle, joining New Orleans Isidore Newman four-star interior offensive lineman Brett Bordelon and Sulphur three-star tight end JD LaFleur. Death Valley has already made an impression on Antoine.
“LSU was great,” Antoine said. “It was a great atmosphere. There’s nothing like it, nothing like the culture there at LSU. There’s nothing like being home in Louisiana.”
“The 6-foot-2, 180-pound playmaker on both sides of the ball takes snaps at quarterback, cornerback and also safety on critical down-and-distances and critical game scenarios. Offensively, under center, Antoine is slippery with spectacular balance and ability to seamlessly change direction, can accelerate in a flash and has breakaway speed in the open field,” Spiegelman wrote of Antoine.

Antoine has an On3 NIL Valuation of $111K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
Tennessee also hosting major 2025 QB target this weekend
Antoine isn’t even the highest-ranked player in the 2025 cycle that’s expected to be on Rocky Top this weekend. Nashville Brentwood Academy four-star quarterback George MacIntyre recently included Tennessee in his top 10 schools and is now following up with his fifth documented trip to Knoxville.
MacIntyre is the No. 13 overall prospect and No. 2 QB in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the top-ranked player in Tennessee.
“I think I’ve seen what Tennessee has done with the ’24 class, kind of locking down the state,” MacIntyre said in September. “All the guys that they wanted to get, they got mostly all of them. So that’s impressive for me to see. And then being an in-state kid and growing up, I wouldn’t say I’m a Tennessee fan but I’ve always watched from afar.
… And seeing the change from when they were bad to when they were good, and seeing how special that fan base can be when they’re good like they are now, it’s definitely really cool.”
