Personal Life
Before Andrew Booth Jr. was a projected first round pick in the NFL Draft, he was a 5-foot-5 freshman at Lawrenceville (Ga.) Archer. But then he grew seven inches during ninth grade and became one of the bet cornerbacks in the country and a five-star recruit. He was a team captain and county defensive back of the year as a senior. Booth made national headlines as a freshman when he punched Louisville’s Trenell Troutman and Dabo Swinney made he take 450-mile trip back to South Carolina on the managers’ bus. He broke out as a sophomore, earning All-ACC second team during the 2020 COVID season. Booth is the son of Francine and Andrew Booth. He has a twin sister, Alicia Booth. Andrew was born two minutes earlier and the two are very close. He also has two younger siblings: Avery and Aubrey. Booth is majoring in communication at Clemson.
