A four-time prep All-American, Dasan McCullough was an On3 Consensus four-star prospect coming out of Bloomington (Indiana) South in the 2022 recruiting class. McCullough became the highest-ranked prospect to ever commit to Indiana football, turning down offers from programs coast-to-coast. He was committed to Ohio State at one point in the recruiting process. McCullough had a huge year as a freshman with the Hoosiers, totaling 49 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and four sacks. After the 2022 season, McCullough entered the Transfer Portal. His father, Deland McCullough, is a longtime football coach with stops at Notre Dame, Indiana, the Kansas City Chiefs, USC and Miami of Ohio.
