Personal Life
Lewisville coach Michael Odle calls Michael Fasusi an "it guy" – as he has what it takes to play football for a long, long time. "The why is pretty simple with him," Odle said. "He's 6-5 ½ and 300 pounds, and he runs a 5.0-flat 40. He has it – everything coaches look for. The numbers talk about how great of a player he is, but he's an even better person. He's an unbelievable kid to be around. It's just a complete joy. He takes his academics very seriously. He's a very gifted young man." Fasusi was named newcomer of the year in Texas District 6-6A as a sophomore. Fasusi also competes in track, throwing the shotput and discus.

Reminds Us Of

Michael Fasusi's pure strength, physical traits, and movement skills remind us of Christian Darrisaw. Both were physical run blockers who needed to continue developing in pass protection. Fasusi is a more established prospect at the same stage.
