Spencer Rattler was the No. 1 quarterback in the 2019 class coming out of Phoenix Pinnacle. He won the Elite 11 Finals MVP. He holds the Arizona state record for passing yards with 11,083 yards. He threw for 116 touchdowns in his career. He was suspended during his senior season for a code of conduct violation. He started in the third season of the Netflix show “QB1: Beyond the Lights.” Rattler redshirted his first season on campus as Jalen Hurts led the Sooners to the College Football Playoff. He was a starter as a redshirt freshman and was named All-Big 12 first team and co-Big 12 newcomer of the year by the Associated Press. He is the son of Mark and Susan Rattler. Rattler is majoring in communication at Oklahoma.
