Among the more physical safeties in the 2022 cycle. A high-end striker in coverage with the ability to time his hits. Creates turnovers with contact by separating receivers from the ball. Has sure hands with the ability to track the ball over his shoulder. Displays good eye discipline. Plays with reactive quickness and sudden closing ability. Wins with feel and closing speed. Covers from the hash to the boundary in zone coverage. Shows up on special teams, especially as a kick blocker. Will test faster in the forty-yard dash and agility drills than on the track.
