After an exciting round of Regional play, the Super Regionals are set for the 2024 NCAA Softball Tournament. There were only a few upsets in the first week of play as 14 of the 16 Regional hosts moved on to the next round.

No. 1 overall seed Texas became the first team to advance after making it through Regional action unscathed. The Longhorns outscored their opponents by a combined score of 26-2 across three games, including two shutouts. That included a 7-0 win against Northwestern on Sunday to advance in which pitcher Teagan Kavan allowed only one hit and struck out 12 in seven innings.

Elsewhere, three-time defending national champion and No. 2 seed Oklahoma also made it through Regionals without a loss. The Sooners had a bit closer of a call than Texas as they advanced with a 3-2 win against Oregon on Sunday.

Super Regionals are a best-of-three series with the highest seeded team acting as the host for the games. The eight winners will advance to the Women’s College World Series to play in a double-elimination style tournament for the chance at the national championship.

Super Regionals are set to begin May 23 and will continue through May 26. You can view the full list of matchups below.
