2025 DL Wilnerson Telemaque decommits from Wisconsin
Miami Monsignor Pace three-star defensive lineman Wilnerson Telemaque has decommitted from Wisconsin, he announced in a statement on social media.
“After a conversation with my family and coaches I will be de-committing from the University of Wisconsin I would like to thank Coach Fickell and Coach whitlow for recruiting me,” Telemaque wrote. “My Recruitment is 100% open.”
He had been committed to the Badgers since June 18.
In June, Telemaque took official visits to West Virginia, Wisconsin and Minnesota. He pledged to UW shortly after his visit.
“I want to see where it feels most like family at for me,” Telemaque told On3 in May about what he was looking for with a school. How me and my family bond with the different coaches is important, then how they develop me as a player is something I am looking at hard too.

“Academics are important too. I want to have a plan for after football ends one day, so all those will be big for me when I commit.”
At one time, West Virginia was a leader in Telemaque’s recruitment.
“I visited West Virginia on Feb. 3 and that visit made a big impression on me and my family,” he said in March. “I liked it even more than I thought I would. The campus was nice, I like how the program is fun and I see a good fit into the scheme. I have good relationships with Coach Andrew Jackson, Coach Bilal Marshall and Coach Neal Brown.”
