Long Beach (Calif.) Narbonne quarterback Jaden O’Neal is back home after a busy few weeks where he made stops at schools like Colorado, Florida State, Miami, Ohio State and Oklahoma. Over 30 schools have offered the 2026 four-star and he is ready to name his first group of favorites.

Arizona State, Auburn, Colorado, Florida State, Miami, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State and Washington are O’Neal’s top 10 schools. He has visited all except for Auburn, Penn State and Oregon and feels good about each program on his list.

“I like these schools a lot,” O’Neal told On3. “I have had good visits to a lot of these schools and I have relationships with the coaches.

“With schools like Auburn, Florida State and Miami. They are top schools in the south and I have always dreamed about playing in the south. Ohio State, Oklahoma and Penn State are schools with history and tradition. Then Colorado, Arizona State, Oregon and Washington are closer to home with great coaches and schools that have some NFL experience.”

O’Neal has talked about working to make a decision by the end of the summer. That is still the plan for the No. 78 prospect in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking.

“I have to have some big talks with my family and see how we are feeling. We took some great visits, we have established some real relationships and I am still working to make my decision.

“It will come down to development and relationships when I choose my school. Those are two big things. Then it is about the people in the building. I look at the locker room, how genuine the people are at the school and who is authentic. All those things are important.”
