4-star CB Jasiah Wagoner names top 7 schools
Spanaway (Wash.) Spanaway Lake four-star cornerback Jasiah Wagoner has narrowed his options down to just seven schools.
Wagoner told On3’s Chad Simmons that he is deciding between California, Notre Dame, Oregon, Oklahoma, Penn State, Texas and Washington.
“I want to commit before the season but if I haven’t decided, I’ll commit right after,” he said.
The On3 Consensus — a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — has Wagoner as the No. 188 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle.
He will be taking an official visit to Cal on June 17 and Notre Dame on June 23. He will take unofficials to Texas and Oklahoma during the first two weekends in June.

“I’ll probably narrow it down to a top 3 when I’m closer to my decision,” Wagoner said.
Jasiah Wagoner currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $13.1k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
He told Simmons why each school made his top seven.
Cal: “I have established relationships with the coaches there and can see myself being developed under them.”
Notre Dame: “Top-tier education and football program.”
Oklahoma: “Coach Valai has a coaching style that intrigues me and can bring the best out of me”
Oregon: “Dan Lanning has the program on an upward trend.”
Penn State: “Top-tier program and one of my first offers.”
Texas: “They have great tradition.”
Washington: “Hometown, and they put the most DBs in the league in the PAC-12.”
