RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Iowa State: “I love the program and the staff. They’ve pushed really hard for me for a year or longer. Also my brother is a sophomore there and that helps.”
Oregon: “(Defensive coordinator Tosh) Lupoi and (head coach Dan) Lanning are recruiting me really hard too. I just talked to them earlier today. Oregon is always a top school out West and I liked what I saw at the Spring game. It’s nice having a defensive-minded head coach that knows my position really well.”
Washington: “The coaches are recruiting me super hard. I have been there this Spring and I love the culture and the new staff. I would like to get up there one more time and see more of the campus and the city.”
Purchase has an On3 NIL Valuation of $14.7K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
