Overtime Elite has added two more high-level prospects to its roster, the league announced on Monday. Five-star Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton guard and Stanford commit Kanaan Carlyle will join, as will four-star 2024 guard Trey Parker.
According to a report from 247Sports, four-star 2024 forward Jakhi Howard, a top-25 prospect in the sophomore class, will be joining OTE as well.
Each is expected to sign a scholarship agreement that will not pay them any salary, thus preserving their college eligibility. 2024 No. 3 overall prospect Nassir Cunningham signed a similar deal with the league in April.
Carlyle, the No. 18 prospect in the On3 Consensus, has had a big summer so far winning a gold medal playing on USA’s team in the FIBA U18 Americas Championship in Tijuana, Mexico. He committed to the Cardinal in January over offers from Baylor, Auburn, Florida, Kansas and a handful of others.

Parker, meanwhile, ranks as On3’s No. 71 overall prospect in the 2023 class. The 6-foot-2 guard was leading Nike’s EYBL in scoring coming into Peach Jam last week. He recently started drawing interest from Arizona and North Carolina, and by signing the non-salary deal, keeps the college option available for now.
The same can be said for Howard, who holds more than a dozen college offers already. He previously played at Norcross (Ga.) and Donda Academy, but will now take his talents to OTE. Georgia Tech, Georgia, Auburn and more are in pursuit.
