ESPN report: Aaron Rodgers provides New York Jets wish list of free agents to facilitate trade
In order for Aaron Rodgers to go to the New York Jets via trade, he has a wish list of free agents for New York to acquire, according to ESPN’s Dianna Russini.
The Green Bay Packers have yet to hear from Rodgers on his final decision for the 2023 season. Whether that is retirement, a return to the team or a trade acceptance, likely to the Jets, it has yet to happen.
Russini provided the latest in the rollercoaster saga of the future Hall of Fame quarterback with potential new Jets players.

“Aaron Rodgers has provided the NY Jets with a wish-list of free agents he would like them to target and acquire, per sources,” Russini wrote on Twitter. “It includes Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard, Marcedes Lewis and….Odell Beckham Jr.”
Rodgers played with all of those pass catches, except Beckham Jr, with the Packers. Lazard is reportedly linked to the Jets as well.
Former NFL receiver Brandon Marshall got the most out of Rodgers during a brief interview on Saturday, but Rodgers isn’t budging on his ultimate decision.
