The wide receiver talent to come out of Ohio State has been some of the best, if not the best, in the NFL. However, the pair of top Buckeye receivers that were selected in last year’s NFL Draft, Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson, have just made history as their first regular seasons wrap up today.

Per Albert Breer of The MMQB, Olave and Wilson are now the first pair of rookies to each total 1,000 or more receiving yards over the course of their first years.

Wilson led the way between the two for the Jets with 83 catches for 1,103 yards and four touchdowns. At just 22 years old, he was by far the most productive receiver for New York. Meanwhile, Olave produced 72 catches for 1,042 yards and four touchdowns for New Orleans. His numbers also led the Saints in receiving as well.

Ohio State’s program just spits top-notch receiver talent out of Columbus each and every season. That doesn’t seem to be stopping with these two prospects either as both Olave and Wilson look primed to be key pieces for their respective franchises for years to come.

WATCH: Bills fans erupt into Damar Hamlin chant after clinching 2nd seed in playoffs

fter beating the Patriots 35-23 on Sunday, Bills fans in attendance broke out into an incredible chant of Damar Hamlin‘s name. The continued outpouring of support for the Bills safety marked the final week of NFL regular season action with a special feeling all weekend long, and nowhere was it more prominent than at Highmark Stadium.

With countless fans wearing Hamlin’s number and holding signs and banners in support of the young athlete after he went into cardiac arrest on the football field last week, the Bills faithful took a chance to rally everybody around Hamlin as they turn their attention to the NFL playoffs. With the win on Sunday, Buffalo clinched the No. 2 seed in the playoffs and earned the right to play home games until at least the AFC Championship Game.

Hamlin’s continued recovery from the hospital after being unable to breathe under his own power has been a tremendous inspiration for the football world, as well as a chance for fans to rally behind a positive message throughout the week. As football begins to return to a semblance of normal again after Hamlin’s on-field tragedy, Sunday’s spontaneous chant proves that the Bills are playing for more than just business as usual for the remainder of this season.
