Cincinnati Bengals pick up Kansas City Chiefs CB Chris Lammons off waivers

The Cincinnati Bengals have picked up former Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Chris Lammons off waivers, the team announced Monday.
Lammons, a third-year player out of South Carolina, was an undrafted free agent out of college in 2018, and spent time on the practice squads of the Falcons, the New Orleans Saints and the Miami Dolphins during his first season in the league.

Overall, he’s seen action in 42 career games. 12 for Miami in 2019 and the last 30 with Kansas City since 2020. In that time, he’s notched 18 career tackles and one interception before being waived by the Chiefs on Jan. 23.
The Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 Sunday night to win Super Bowl 57. The win was Kansas City’s fourth championship in two seasons.
