WATCH: Deebo Samuel outruns entire Rams defense, scores incredible 57-yard touchdown
Deebo Samuel continues to be one of the league’s most exciting players. Catching a pass that was nearly intercepted, Samuel went from midfield to the end zone, leaving Los Angeles Rams defenders in his dust.
Samuel has three receptions on three targets for 79 yards, including the 57-yard electrifying touchdown scored in the first half’s final minutes. Heading into Monday’s matchup, the former South Carolina standout has accounted for 242 all-purpose yards through three games this season.
The play is the longest of the year for the San Francisco 49ers, and is Samuel’s first receiving touchdown of the 2022 campaign.
Kansas City Chiefs RB Jerrion Ealy suspended six games
Former Ole Miss standout Jerrion Ealy has been suspended six games by the Kansas City Chiefs for failing the NFL’s performance enhancing substance policy, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The rookie running back is a member of the Chiefs practice squad, and the Chiefs have swiftly filled Ealy’s spot by bringing back veteran WR Marcus Kemp.

Ealy, a former five-star recruit out of the class of 2019, per the On3 Consensus, a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four major recruiting media services. Ealy was the No. 26 rated player in the country and No. 3 running back in the class.
He proved his high school ranking true, too, as in each of his three seasons, the Rebels running back was one of their best players on offense.

He finished his Rebels career with 2,235 yards rushing. Additionally, he rushed for 20 touchdowns in his career, but Ealy didn’t just do it on the ground, though — he added 67 receptions for 545 yards and four touchdowns receiving as well before forgoing his senior season for the 2022 NFL Draft.
