WATCH: Ezekiel Elliott goes back into the Salvation Army kettle for touchdown celebration
Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliott brought back one his iconic touchdown celebrations by jumping into the Salvation Army kettle again. Elliott made a special memory for Dallas fans in 2016 after scoring a touchdown and hopping into the giant red Salvation Army kettle near the Dallas end zone.
On Sunday night Elliott reprised his celebration with a little help from his friend and quarterback, Dak Prescott. While Elliott hid inside the kettle, Prescott pretended to turn the crank on the Jack-in-the-Box and out popped Elliott — doing his signature “eating” celebration.
Ezekiel Elliott brings back kettle celebration for touchdown
The Dallas fans have grown to love the Cowboys using the bright red kettle as a touchdown prop, especially after last week saw the entire tight end corps use it for their celebration. The NFL fined Elliott for his celebration back in 2016, and they fined the Dallas players who did it again last week — something that Elliott and Prescott were certainly aware of when they decided to revisit the kettle.

On Sunday, Elliott put an exclamation point on a dominant second half with a touchdown run to give Dallas a 47-19 lead over the Colts. The Cowboys would finish the outing with a 54-19 win, scoring a monster 33 points in the final quarter alone.
Although the Cowboys got a huge win on the field, their standing in the NFC East division title hunt did not change on Sunday. The Eagles remain two games ahead of Dallas in the standings after their victory over the Titans — although the Cowboys continued to improve their odds of securing a Wild Card spot early.
