Christian Collins is one of the top prospects in the 2026 class. The 6-foot-8 small forward out of St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA) is the No. 3 overall player in the country, according to the On3 Industry Ranking.
This season, the following college programs have visited the Five-Star Plus+ junior, he told On3: Alabama, Arizona, Cal, Kansas State, Oregon, UCLA, and USC.
Collins has only visited USC to this point.
Collins listed a standout at the Hoophall Classic
On3’s Jamie Shaw noted Christian Collins as a standout at the Hoophall Classic back in January:
Just watching one quarter of basketball and you can immediately see the upside that Christian Collins has. Listed at 6-foot-8, the wing has a fluid athleticism with great length. What stood out in this game was his ability in the boards. Collins consistently cleaned up possessions on the defensive end, and his ball skills allowed him to push the break to an advantage for his team.
Collins has a lot of the tools, one thing I would like to see him do is to be more confident in asserting himself. At times, Collins would blend in and go a couple possessions without getting a shot up. Even with that, Collins bumped up to No. 2 overall in the last 2026 ranking update. And while he has to tighten pieces of his game, he has a lot of upside to grow into. Collins finished this game with 12 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.
