Penn helped usher Bellarmine into D-I basketball as they were a D-II program for his first two seasons. As the starting point guard for Bellarmine’s only two seasons in the A-SUN, he was 21-8 in conference play. Penn’s only other recorded offer out of high school was Indianapolis.
This would be Dylan Penn’s first transfer. While he is a grad transfer, due to the extra COVID year, Penn is eligible for two more years.
