Boise State lands a commitment from 2026 QB Jackson Presley
Kalispell (Montana) Glacier 2026 quarterback Jackson Presley announced his commitment to Boise State on Monday.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Presley chose the Broncos over a huge offer list. Other scholarship opportunities included Colorado, Florida State, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma State, West Virginia and Texas A&M.
“I am pumped about Boise State!” Presley told On3. “First I want to thank God for his guidance through this process and allowing me to play this sport!”

The first visit to campus all but sealed the deal.
“When I got to Boise it was a no brainer!” Presley said. “I had a great connection with Coach (Steve) Cooper and Coach (Matt) Miller. They both have played and coached with my current high school coaches at Glacier so they knew what background I was coming from!
“When I met Coach (Spencer) Danielson in his office for the first time, I knew I wanted to play for him. Not only does he know how to win games, but he genuinely cares about each and every one of his players. He is a man of God which is very important to me and I know being under him I won’t only grow as a football player, but as a man too!

As a sophomore Presley completed 66 percent of his passes for 3,052 yards and 28 touchdowns to just four interceptions. He added four more rushing scores and feels he fits perfectly in Boise State’s scheme.
“They have a very quarterback-friendly offense and have amazing facilities!” Presley said. “I also love being in the mountains where I can be around all the fun outdoor activities like boating, skiing, rafting, ect. I’m so thankful for the journey God has guided me through and fired up to be a Bronco!”
Scouting Presley
The On3 Industry tabs Presley as the nation’s No. 34 quarterback. On3 is higher slotting him at No. 25. Private quarterbacks coach Baylin Trujillo talks about what Boise State is getting in Presley.
“What I love most about Jackson as a player is his ability to extend plays and be accurate on the run,” Trujillo said. “He reminds me a lot of Johnny Manziel in how he plays and I love how much of a true competitor he is. Instead of celebrating when he scores, he immediately goes to the iPad and wants to get better!
“Those are the attributes you can’t teach!”
