After Philadelphia punched their ticket to Super Bowl LVII, Eagles fans got a chance to sing their fight song alongside Jalen Hurts. After the team was presented with the NFC Conference Championship trophy by Terry Bradshaw, the NFL legend joked that he had heard that Philadelphia fans love to sing as he gave the microphone to Hurts.

Hurts took the moment to sing Fly Eagles Fly with the entire stadium, for better or worse.

The Eagles took down the San Francisco 49ers 31-7 on Sunday and the fans at Lincoln Financial Field didn’t need a lot of motivation to begin celebrating. With Hurts trying his absolute best — and having a great time doing it — the entire stadium helped make the moment a memorable one for the franchise as they return to the Super Bowl.

As Hurts quickly rushed off the stage laughing at his own embarrassment afterwards Philadelphia fans finished the song with the traditional “E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles” chant.

While the 49ers battled injuries at the quarterback position that nearly left them without any quarterbacks still active, Hurts led the Eagles to a constant scoring output despite only throwing for 121 yards. The MVP candidate quarterback has quickly become a fan-favorite with Eagles fans, while helping build the franchise’s current team into a serious threat for championships.

Before his impromptu singing performance, Hurts shared all the accomplishments the Eagles have managed this season with the fans themselves — and promising that they had one more win to go after before the job was finished.

“It’s been a lot. I’m not gonna make this about me,” said Hurts. “This city? This is a special city. They deserve everything that’s going on. This is a special city. (But) we got one more. We got one more.”
