Multiple teams negotiating with wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr following recent workout
Following Odell Beckham Jr.‘s workout in front of NFL teams this week, insider Tom Pelissero reports multiple teams have reached out to the veteran free agent.
Although negotiations have not yet begun, teams are beginning to sniff out the situation. Although Beckham is free to sign a deal at any point, the market opens up for pending free agents this week.
This weekend, Mike Florio reported that OBJ’s price tag is still around $20 million, however, Pelissero says the former Giants star hasn’t made financial demands yet.

Beckham was drafted by the New York Giants with the No. 12 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. He has been one of the best wide receivers in the league since his rookie season.
In his career, he boasts three-time Pro Bowl honors and he’s a two-time second-team All-Pro.
In 2021, with the Rams, Beckham had 305 yards on 27 catches with five touchdowns in eight games played. Prior to his trade, he also had 232 yards on 17 catches for the Browns.
He tore his ACL in Los Angeles’ Super Bowl appearance and did not sign with a team for 2022. Several teams explored signing Beckham for the 2022 playoffs but he didn’t ink an offer.

More on the 2023 NFL offseason, free agency
The NFL 2023 calendar year begins at 4 p.m. ET on March 15. At that time, contracts running through 2022 officially run out, making those players free agents.
Prior to the beginning of free agency, teams will have a chance to designate one franchise or transition tag player, starting on Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. ET and ending on March 7. Beginning March 13 through March 15 teams can enter into a legal negotiation with players who are will become unrestricted free agents.
In addition to NFL free agency, the new year also marks the beginning of all trades being made official by the league office.
April 21 marks the deadline to sign restricted free agents to offer sheets. On April 26, the deadline for teams to match restricted free agent offers sheets hits.
