According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the New Orleans Saints and Philadelphia Eagles have completed a trade consisting completely of draft picks. It’s on the more complicated side, with eight different draft picks trading hands between the two franchises.

“TRADE: Eagles sending picks No. 16, No. 19 and No. 194 in the sixth round to the Saints in exchange for pick No. 18, No. 101 in the third round, No. 237 in the 7th round AND a 2023 first-round pick and 2024 second-round pick, per sources,” Schefter said.

Philadelphia previously had three first-round picks, also having the No. 15 overall pick. They reduced that number for the 2022 NFL draft to two and make up for it by adding a first-rounder in next year’s 2023 class. As for New Orleans, they will be looking to beef up their team sooner rather than later, taking a bet with another top 20 pick this year.
