Julian Sayin delivers strong closing argument in spring quarterback battle

COLUMBUS — Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin didn't looked sharp last week during the Buckeyes' Student Appreciation Day practice. Instead, redshirt sophomore Lincoln Kienholz stole the headlines with an impressive day. Saturday inside the Horseshoe, however, Sayin returned serve. His first three times Sayin led an offensive drive, they ended in touchdowns. He was on time with throws at every level. He delivered good, solid throws to running backs, tight ends and wide receivers. He commanded the offense down the field.
