After weeks of anticipation, National Signing Day has passed. Some of the best prospects in the country announced their college destinations on Wednesday. However, many players are still uncommitted as we head into the next stages of the Early Signing Period.

Here is where things stand with the recruitments of top uncommitted players in the 2023 On3 Consensus, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

5-star ATH Nyckoles Harbor
On3 Consensus: No. 18
School: Washington (D.C.) Archbishop Carroll
On3 RPMMichigan 37%, LSU 28.5%, South Carolina 24.5%, Maryland 4.1%, Penn State 1.4%
On3 NIL Valuation$311K
The Skinny: Harbor has taken official visits to the Gamecocks, Wolverines and Terrapins. Additionally, he may take officials to Georgia, LSU or Miami. The talented two-way player plans to sign in February, so there is a lot of time until his commitment. Maryland, Michigan and South Carolina are currently in strong position. He told On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons on Nov. 10 that he is “right in the middle” of the decision-making process.

5-star TE Duce Robinson
On3 Consensus: No. 21
School: Phoenix (Ariz.) Pinnacle
On3 RPMUSC 54.2%, Georgia 36.2%, Texas 6.0%
On3 NIL Valuation$195K
The Skinny: Since the summer, Robinson was trending towards the Trojans. However, the Bulldogs are making a strong push for his commitment. The five-star pass catcher is in no rush to make a decision, yet schools are working hard to gain his pledge. Alabama, Georgia and Texas have all hosted Robinson for official visits, while USC got one back in June. The Trojans are still leading for Robinson, but this one will likely be close until the end.

4-star CB Rodrick Pleasant
On3 Consensus: No. 94
School: Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra
On3 RPMUSC 84.2%, Oregon 5.6%, California 3.9%, Boston College 2.4%
On3 NIL Valuation$133K
The Skinny: Pleasant’s recruitment is an interesting one. He has made seven unofficial visits to the Trojans, most recently on Oct. 1. Meanwhile, Boston College, California and Oregon all got officials. Pleasant told Chad Simmons on Oct. 16 that he is in no hurry to make his commitment. The California native added that multiple schools are under consideration for his last two officials, including MiamiMichigan and Penn State.

4-star ATH Mikal Harrison-Pilot
On3 Consensus: No. 124
School: Temple (Texas)
On3 RPMTCU 64.3%, Texas 27.5%, Houston 2.2%, California 1.3%
On3 NIL Valuation$132K
The Skinny: Harrison-Pilot is currently one of the top uncommitted prospects in the country. He has already taken official visits to TCU, Texas, Houston and California. Additionally, the Horned Frogs’ coaches paid him an in-home visit. Even though Harrison-Pilot has visited the Longhorns more times than any other school (seven), College Football Playoff-bound TCU is leading for his pledge.

4-star TE Walker Lyons
On3 Consensus: No. 124
School: Folsom (Calif.)
On3 NIL Valuation$124K
On3 RPMStanford 71.5%, USC 23.2%, Utah 1.1%
The Skinny: Lyons decommitted from Stanford after head coach David Shaw stepped down. However, he returned to Palo Alto last weekend for an official visit with the Cardinal, now led by Troy Taylor. Other schools to receive officials from Lyons are USC, Utah, BYU and Georgia. Lyons previously shared that he will announce his final decision in February. Until then, multiple programs are in play for his commitment.

4-star LB Jelani McDonald
On3 Consensus: No. 137
School: Waco (Texas) Connally
On3 RPMTexas 98.2%, TCU 1.3%
On3 NIL Valuation$106K
The Skinny: McDonald decommitted from Oklahoma State on Oct. 25. Since then, Texas has been heavily trending for his commitment. The Lone Star State native took an official visit to Austin last weekend, as well as two other unofficial visits. Meanwhile, McDonald’s official visit to TCU came on the weekend of Dec. 10. While the Horned Frogs are making a push, it is very likely McDonald ends up choosing Texas.

4-star WR Omarion Miller
On3 Consensus: No. 251
School: Vivian (La.) North Caddo
On3 RPM: Nebraska 98.7%, LSU 1.1%
On3 NIL Valuation$18.8K
The Skinny: Miller decommitted from Nebraska on Dec. 2. Since then, he received an offer from Colorado. Meanwhile, Lincoln (Neb.) Lincoln East four-star athlete Malachi Coleman also backed off his pledge to the Cornhuskers, but recommitted to head coach Matt Rhule and his staff on National Signing Day. Could Miller do the same in the coming days?

4-star LB Andrew Harris
On3 Consensus: No. 300
School: Altamonte Springs (Fla.) Lake Brantley
On3 RPM: UCF 56.8%, Maryland 35.5%, Pittsburgh 1.6%, Michigan 1.3%, Michigan State 1.3%
On3 NIL Valuation$13.7K
The Skinny: Harris and his brother, four-star linebacker Michael Harris, both decommitted from UCF on Dec. 18. Maryland has been one of the schools trending since their decision. If the Terrapins can land the Harris brothers, along with other top targets like five-star athlete Nyckoles Harbor, it could be a sign of good things to come in College Park.

4-star DL Ashton Porter
On3 Consensus: No. 303
School: Cypress (Texas) Cy Ranch
On3 RPM: Oregon 94.9%, Northwestern 1.3%, Michigan State 1.1%
On3 NIL Valuation$10.7K
The Skinny: Porter decommitted from Northwestern on Oct. 16. He will be committing on Jan. 3 and choosing between Houston, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Oregon and TCU. At one point, the Spartans were trending, but the Ducks seem to be in a great position for the four-star. Porter took an official visit to Eugene last weekend and received an in-home visit from Oregon’s coaches earlier this month.

4-star WR Malik Elzy
On3 Consensus: No. 321
School: Chicago (Ill.) Simeon
On3 RPM: Illinois 60.4%, Cincinnati 37%
On3 NIL Valuation$27K
The Skinny: Elzy backed off his pledge to Cincinnati on Oct. 18. Since then, Illinois has been trending for his commitment. He took an official visit to Champaign on the weekend of June 4. The Fighting Illini were Elzy’s runner-up when he originally committed to the Bearcats on July 15. He told Simmons on June 2 that both Illinois and Cincinnati were treating him like “a priority.”

4-star EDGE Cameron Lenhardt
On3 Consensus: No. 341
School: Staten Island (N.Y.) IMG Academy
On3 RPM: Nebraska 85.4%, Michigan State 13%
On3 NIL Valuation$18.7K
The Skinny: Lenhardt decommitted from Nebraska on Sept. 18 following the firing of defensive coordinator Erik Chinander. However, the talented pass rusher may end up back in Lincoln. Head coach Matt Rhule and his staff re-offered Lenhardt, who took an official visit to the Cornhuskers on the weekend of Dec. 10.

4-star LB Michael Harris
On3 Consensus: No. 353
School: Altamonte Springs (Fla.) Lake Brantley
On3 RPM: UCF 56.8%, Maryland 35.5%, Pittsburgh 1.6%, Michigan 1.3%, Michigan State 1.3%
On3 NIL Valuation$13.5K
The Skinny: Harris decommitted from UCF alongside his brother, four-star linebacker Andrew Harris, on Dec. 18. It seems they will be a package deal for a college program. Right now, Maryland is a school to watch for their pledges. So are Pittsburgh, Michigan and Michigan State, who received official visits from them in June.

4-star LB Leviticus Su’a
On3 Consensus: No. 383
School: Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei
On3 RPM: Stanford 36.8%, Arizona 32.2%, UCLA 7.4%
On3 NIL Valuation$15.4K
The Skinny: Su’a will be committing on Jan. 20 and choosing between Arizona, Stanford and UCLA. The Cardinal and Wildcats have each received three visits from the four-star, including officials over the summer. Meanwhile, Su’a took an unofficial visit to the Bruins on Oct. 29.

4-star WR Demitrius Bell
On3 Consensus: No. 396
School: Nashville (Tenn.) McGavock
On3 RPM: Kentucky 34%, Michigan State 29.7%, Ole Miss 5.7%, Alabama 5.7%, Georgia 5.7%
On3 NIL Valuation$18.2K
The Skinny: Bell was committed to Michigan State before backing off his pledge to the Spartans on Aug. 23. He told Simmons in October that his top four is Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky and Ole Miss. He has taken an unofficial visit to each program. However, Bell has only officially visited the Wildcats, which happened on the weekend of Oct. 8.

3-star CB Ethan Nation
On3 Consensus: No. 428
School: Roswell (Ga.)
On3 RPM: Nebraska 84.8%, Tennessee 2.7%, Georgia 1.2%
On3 NIL Valuation$32K
The Skinny: Nation took an official visit to Nebraska last weekend. It was his most recent visit in nearly a year, so the Cornhuskers are currently in a good position. Nation talked with Bryan Munson of Husker Online about his official visit. According to Nation, he “really liked the visit to Nebraska” and Nebraska’s quickness in putting it together “shows that they want me bad.”

3-star IOL William Spencer
On3 Consensus: No. 435
School: Louisville (Ky.) New Albany Senior
On3 RPM: Kentucky 98.9%
On3 NIL Valuation$9.4K
The Skinny: Kentucky currently holds a commanding lead for Spencer’s commitment. He made unofficial visits to the Wildcats on June 12 and Oct. 2, 2021, respectively. Spencer played his senior year of high school football in Indiana, so getting him back in-state for his college football career would be a big win for Kentucky and head coach Mark Stoops.

3-star OT Caden Jones
On3 Consensus: No. 436
School: Gretna (La.) De La Salle
On3 RPM: Florida 67.3%, Texas A&M 29.9%, Houston 1.2%
On3 NIL ValuationN/A
The Skinny: Florida and Texas A&M are in great position for Jones. Both programs have received five visits from the On3 four-star offensive tackle. His officials to Florida (Dec. 10) and Texas A&M (Dec. 17) came on back-to-back weekends. Meanwhile, Houston (Dec. 3) got one at the beginning of the month. This will likely be an SEC battle going forward.

3-star QB Marcus Stokes
On3 Consensus: No. 476
School: Ponte Vedra Beach (Fla.) Nease
On3 RPM: Penn State 66.3%, Florida 10.5%, USF 9%, Indiana 7.5%
On3 NIL Valuation$37K
The Skinny: Stokes was originally committed to Penn State. He then flipped to Florida, but parted ways with the Gators earlier this fall. Stokes currently holds 14 offers and has taken unofficial visits to multiple programs. Two of those schools are Indiana and USF.

3-star RB Javin Simpkins
On3 Consensus: No. 531
School: Miami Norland
On3 RPM: Georgia Tech 91.1%, Louisville 3.8%, Arkansas 2.5%, UCF 1.4%
On3 NIL Valuation$14.3K
The Skinny: Simpkins decommitted from Georgia Tech on Nov. 9. It marked the second time he backed off a pledge to the Yellow Jackets. In June, Simpkins took official visits to Arkansas and Louisville. The tailback told On3’s Jeremy Johnson on Nov. 10 that his current contenders include Kentucky, Michigan State and UCF.

3-star RB Durell Robinson
On3 Consensus: No. 532
School: Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances Academy
On3 RPM: Virginia Tech 32.5%, Boston College 22.9%, Georgia Tech 14.8%
On3 NIL Valuation$6.2K
The Skinny: Robinson backed off his pledge to Boston College on Dec. 10. Two immediate contenders are Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech, who got official visits on June 10 and June 24, respectively. Robinson has visited the Hokies three times, the most of any school.

3-star OT Chimdy Onoh
On3 Consensus: No. 533
School: Dundalk (Md.)
On3 RPM: Rutgers 35.1%, Old Dominion 30.7%
On3 NIL Valuation$8.9K
The Skinny: Onoh, a four-star recruit by On3, backed off his pledge to Old Dominion on Dec. 15. Rutgers is a team to watch, since Onoh officially visited the Scarlet Knights last weekend. Yet multiple schools have recently offered him, including Colorado, Ole Miss and Penn State.

3-star CB Tyler Scott
On3 Consensus: No. 550
School: Mableton (Ga.) Pebblebrook
On3 RPM: Auburn 95.4%, Alabama 1.3%
On3 NIL Valuation$6.4K
The Skinny: Scott is one of the top uncommitted prospects remaining in the 2023 cycle. He is choosing from a top seven that includes AlabamaAuburnLouisvilleMichiganTennesseeTexas and USC. The Georgia native has officially visited the Crimson Tide, Tigers, Longhorns and Trojans. Regarding Auburn, he received multiple in-home visits earlier this month from staffers such as head coach Hugh Freeze.

3-star QB Czavian Teasett
On3 Consensus: No. 562
School: Baton Rouge (La.) Scotlandville Magnet
On3 RPM: Southern University 19.5%, Northwestern State 17.1%, Louisiana Tech 14.6%, Grambling State 12.2%, South Alabama 12.2%, Ole Miss 12.2%, Kansas 12.2%
On3 NIL Valuation$8.1K
The Skinny: Teasett has unofficially visited multiple Power Five programs. The trips were to Arkansas (Nov. 6, 2021), as well as LSU (June 17 and Oct. 2, 2021). He participated in the Tigers’ elite camp last summer. According to On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power, Teasett “was the top 2023 quarterback to throw on either day. We thought Teasett consistently threw the best ball of the quarterbacks on day two. The lefty is a toolsy passer with some developmental upside.”
