Top 25 ranked prospects in Texas dominated by the SEC
The top 25 in Texas in the On3 Industry Rankings for the class of 2024 is dominated by the SEC ahead of signing day.
Sixteen of the top 25 ranked prospect in the cycle are committed to SEC schools, when including Texas and Oklahoma. The SEC quadruples the conference with second most, the Big 12.
That huge number of SEC commitments is up from nine in the 2023 cycle, and 12 in the 2022 cycle. Texas A&M signed nine of the 12 in the 2022 cycle.
