WATCH: USC commit Domani Jackson takes the pick six to the house
Defensive back Domani Jackson of Mater Dei (Santa Ana, California) continues to show that he’s worthy of his lofty ranking in the 2022 recruiting class.
His high school team, top-ranked Mater Dei, was facing off against the 13th ranked team in America, Duncanville (Duncanville, Texas) Friday night. The game was highlighted as one of the top clashes of the 2021 high school football season and was played in Duncanville. Mater Dei throttled Duncanville in the game, 45-3.

Jackson is currently ranked as the 10th overall prospect in America, according to On3’s Class of 2022 Rankings.
Jackson has been named to the US Army All-American Bowl roster.
The 6-foot-1, 185 pound defensive back has 10.25 100 meter dash speed in the open field. He announced his commitment to the Trojans a few weeks ago on August 10th.
Jackson chose the Trojans over offers from USC, Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, and nearly every other school in America. The gifted defensive back currently has 39 total scholarship offers.

Jackson is currently the Trojans’ second-highest rated commitment for the 2022 recruiting class, right below his future teammate, defensive lineman Mykel Williams.
Williams plays for Hardaway (Columbus, Georgia). The 6-foot-5, 265-pounder is currently the 9th ranked player in America, according to the On3 class of 2022 rankings. The gifted defensive lineman chose USC over Alabama, Arizona State, Arkansas, and many others. He currently has 30 scholarship offers.
Tons of talent on the field with Domani Jackson
As mentioned above, the game between Duncanville and Mater Dei was one of the most highly acclaimed games of the 2021 high school football season. The game featured over 40 players who landed at least one FBS offer. The contest also marked the first time a nationally ranked team from California traveled to Texas since 2015.
Mater Dei is currently the top-ranked high school football team in America. Domani Jackson and Mater Dei are back in action against Liberty (Henderson, Nevada) on Friday, September 10th. Kickoff is set for 7:30 PM.
