2024 NBA Mock Draft 6.0: Projecting all 58 picks for final time
Just days away from the 2024 NBA Draft, the latest intel has started to build the structure for what draft night could look like when the clock starts ticking on Wednesday.
After conducting workouts with players across the country, there will be plenty of movement across the two days as front offices look to maneuver their way into position for the right fit.
Here is a look at how all 58 picks could play out this week.
1. Atlanta Hawks: Zaccharie Risacher, France
The latest intel on the No. 1 overall pick has swayed back and forth, with the front office indicating they will keep the pick, while other reports suggest a trade with the San Antonio Spurs could be in play.
The latest on the player who will be selected first overall also varies, with Zaccharie Risacher and Donovan Clingan mentioned for the Atlanta Hawks, and Alex Sarr mentioned as a potential trade-up target
2. Washington Wizards: Alex Sarr, France
The Washington Wizards remain in good position to land one of their top players on the board, with the two players left in the group of three being considered for the No. 1 overall spot.
3. Houston Rockets: Reed Sheppard, Kentucky
The Houston Rockets have made no secret that they could move the No. 3 overall pick for the right offer. They could end up trading this pick to a team targeting the best player available or selecting a player with value who can either fit into the rotation or be used in a later trade.
4. San Antonio Spurs: Donovan Clingan, UConn
As mentioned above. the San Antonio Spurs have been mentioned in reports as a team who could look to move up the board using one or both of their lottery picks. They could also be willing to trade down if teams offer a package which helps speed up the re-build around Victor Wembanyama.
5. Detroit Pistons: Matas Buzelis, G-League
The Detroit Pistons have obvious connections between the front office and Matas Buzelis’ agent. While that ensures nothing, it makes him a popular name to mention in connection with the team given his upside and potential draft range.
6. Charlotte Hornets: Stephon Castle, UConn
The Charlotte Hornets have a need between LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller as they continue to fill out the starting lineup, and the three options who make the most sense there are Reed Sheppard, Stephon Castle and Dalton Knecht. Trading up to secure their top option is also an option.
7. Portland Trail Blazers: Cody Williams, Colorado
The Portal Trail Blazers land in a good position to take the best available player on their board at this point in the re-building process. They can also take a more patient approach with long-term projects than some in this range.
8. San Antonio Spurs: Devin Carter, Providence
Even though the San Antonio Spurs already land Reed Sheppard in this mock draft, they have reported interest in Devin Carter as well. Adding multiple ball-handlers to the team could make sense, especially when they offer additional traits as well.

9. Memphis Grizzlies: Dalton Knecht, Tennessee
The Memphis Grizzlies have been mentioned by many as a team likely to trade up or down depending on the availability of Donovan Clingan. If a move down the board comes, Kel’el Ware and Zach Edey could also help fill the need at center.
10. Utah Jazz: Tidjane Salaun, France
The Utah Jazz appear to be a floor for Dalton Knecht or Cody Williams, but with both off the board, they could look to swing at the draft’s most polarizing upside prospect as a potential fit in the future.
11. Chicago Bulls: Ron Holland, G-League
Trading away Alex Caruso signified the start of at least a short-term rebuild for the Chicago Bulls, and eliminated their need for a starting point guard. That makes them a prime candidate to take an upside swing on the wing.
12. Oklahoma City Thunder: Tristan Da Silva, Colorado
The beneficiary of the Alex Caruso trade, the Oklahoma City Thunder also alleviated a need before the draft. Adding to the wing depth off the bench could help sustain an increasingly expensive roster.
13. Sacramento Kings: Nikola Topic, Serbia
The Sacramento Kings eliminated their need for a scoring guard by retaining Malik Monk, allowing them to take an upside swing here, or package the pick to upgrade with a veteran wing.
14. Portland Trail Blazers: Ja’Kobe Walter, Baylor
The Portland Trail Blazers get their second swing in the lottery, with little reason to move the pick other than the ability to recoup more assets moving forward. Again, a player anywhere but guard makes sense.
