Thursday’s first-round edition of the 2024 NFL Draft has come and gone, and now the attention is being turned to the prospects available on Day 2, with Friday’s Round 2 and Round 3 slated to begin this evening.

There were a ton of surprises in Round 1, namely quarterbacks like Michael Penix Jr. and Bo Nix making their way into the first round. Some believed they’d be available on Day 2, but that’s not the case any longer. Regardless, there’s still plenty of big name talent available to be selected on Friday evening.

Ahead of the fun, CBS Sports’ Chris Trapasso has released his Day 2 mock draft, featuring predictions for pick No. 33 through pick No. 100. Here’s who he believes will hear their names called on Friday, and where they’ll end up when the dust settles on the evening.

As you can see, Chris Trapasso believes only two quarterbacks will be selected on Day 2, with Spencer Rattler of South Carolina and Michael Pratt of Tulane both coming off the board in Round 3. Time will tell if he’s right, or if teams will get desperate for a signal-caller. It’s bound to be an exciting night regardless.
