The odds for who will stand above the field as the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series champion have been updated. Kyle Larson dominated on his way to a win in the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway, and that’s had a major effect on the betting lines.

The Hendrick Motorsports star was already among the top choices to hoist the trophy at the end of the season, but his second win on the year has many wondering how high he can fly. Still, the competition is nipping at his heels, with the Joe Gibbs Racing tandem of Christopher Bell and Denny Hamlin looking to make life difficult for Larson.

After all the action, DraftKings Sportsbook has released their updated betting lines for which driver will stand above all at the end of the year as champion. Here’s where each wheelman stands following the Food City 500, with a well-earned week off for Easter Sunday on the docket for this coming weekend.

Kyle Larson (+300)

Kyle Larson won his second race of the season this past weekend, dominating the competition on his way to Victory Lane at Bristol Motor Speedway. He led 411 of 500 laps in the process, on Sunday, after winning the Xfinity Series race on Saturday as well, further proving why he’s arguably the best driver in all of motorsports.

Larson currently sits in fourth place in the Cup Series standings. He’s 42 points behind teammate William Byron. Thus far, he’s accumulated two wins, five top fives, six top tens, four stage wins and 504 laps led, along with one DNF.

Christopher Bell (+450)

Christopher Bell hasn’t been able to get back to Victory Lane since his three consecutive wins earlier this season. Still, the Joe Gibbs Racing star is shining. He came home P8 at Bristol, as he continues his incredible 2025.

Even with his three wins, Bell is 41 points behind William Byron in the Cup Series standings. Still, he boasts an impressive resume at the moment — three wins, five top fives, six top tens, a stage win and 139 laps led.

Denny Hamlin (+600)

Denny Hamlin was looking for his third consecutive win this past weekend at Bristol, after he was victorious at Martinsville and Darlington. He gave Kyle Larson a bit of a scare, but the veteran was no match for the No. 5 Chevrolet in the end. Still, he’ll take a runner-up finish in Tennessee.

The 44-year-old has five top fives, six top tens and two stage wins to go along with his two wins in 2025. Additionally, Hamlin has led 308 laps. He sits 30 points behind William Byron in the Cup Series standings heading into the upcoming week off.

Ryan Blaney (+650)

Ryan Blaney has been yearning for some consistency in 2025, and it seems like he’s finally achieving it. He racked up another top-five finish at Bristol, coming home P5 after a solid run at the short-track.

After the last two weeks, Blaney is on his way up in the Cup Series standings. He’s accumulated three top fives, four top tens, two stage wins and 197 laps led in 2025. Unfortunately, he has three DNFs on the season, as well.

William Byron (+700)

William Byron may have won the Daytona 500, but he’s flown a bit under the radar since. The Hendrick Motorsports star doesn’t mind that though, as long as he keeps up with the solid finishes, like his P6 run at Bristol this past weekend.

At the moment, Byron sits atop the Cup Series standings. On the season, he only has one win, but the 27-year-old has accumulated four top fives, six top tens, three stage wins and 354 laps led thus far.

Tyler Reddick (+900)

Tyler Reddick is looking to get back to his regular-season championship form. A week off is coming at a solid time for the 23XI Racing wheelman. He was painfully average at Bristol, finishing P18.

Reddick is still looking for his first stage win in 2025. However, he does have three top fives and four top tens, along with 85 laps led. We’ll see how he improves his standing over the next couple of month, at a variety of different tracks.

Chase Elliott (+1000)

Chase Elliott fans are still wondering when their driver will return to Victory Lane, as it’s been a while since they could celebrate a checkered flag during a regular-season race. It wasn’t meant to be at Bristol this past weekend, but a P15 finish isn’t something to be frustrated about.

Despite how fans may feel, Elliott is in fifth in the Cup Series standings. He’s 68 points behind teammate William Byron after accumulating two top fives, five top tens and 44 laps led in nine starts.

Joey Logano (+1400)

It was a tough weekend for Joey Logano at Bristol. He never could really get it going in Tennessee, and the results showed. The reigning Cup Series champion finished P24.

Even with his struggles in 2025, Logano is in the top ten in the Cup Series standings. Still, he only has one top ten finish on the season, and two stage wins, with 260 laps led and one DNF, as well.
