2025 NFL Draft: Charles Davis, NFL.com release mock draft featuring QBs as first 3 picks, predictions for all 32 selections

The NFL Combine is now in the rear-view mirror, leaving scouts and personnel analysts even more data to comb over ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. The new information has caused several mock drafts to shift considerably.
But one analyst is putting out his first mock draft of the season: the NFL Network’s Charles Davis. Davis released a full first-round mock on Wednesday.
On3 takes a look at Davis’ mock, highlighting some of the projections inside the top 10 picks of the draft. Notably, Davis has three quarterbacks going in the first three picks. Let’s dive into the rest below.
1. QB Shedeur Sanders, Colorado – Tennessee Titans
If you’re looking for a quarterback with some polished flash to his game, look no further than Sanders. He was excellent creating from within the structure of the pocket or getting loose to extend plays.
The other thing that stands out about Sanders is that he was playing on a team that won just one game the year prior to his arrival. Colorado won nine games this year. That’s the kind of elevating your team that the NFL craves from the quarterback spot, and it’s what Tennessee desperately needs.
2. QB Cam Ward, Miami – Cleveland Browns
The quarterback class might not be quite as deep as in other years, but Ward has the kind of talent to merit a selection inside the top five picks. Will he be the first one off the board? CBS Sports seems to think not, as he plays second-fiddle to Sanders.
Ward is coming off a season in which he single-handedly kept Miami afloat in several games. He threw for 4,313 yards and 39 touchdowns, against just seven interceptions. Not too shabby.
3. QB Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss – New York Giants

Most NFL prognosticators don’t have Dart this high, but Charles Davis obviously sees something he likes. Question marks about handling NFL verbiage will likely have been answered in the event he goes this high.
But Dart has ample career production. In four collegiate seasons, Dart threw for 11,970 yards and 81 touchdowns, against just 27 interceptions. he also ran for 1,541 yards and 14 scores.
4. EDGE Abdul Carter, Penn State – New England Patriots
Carter has quickly moved to the forefront of the 2025 NFL Draft. Even given an injury that kept him from working out at the NFL Combine, there’s enough on tape for teams to love.
The Penn State star finished his 2024 season with 68 total tackles, 23.5 tackles for a loss, 12.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, four pass breakups and four passes defended. If that isn’t top-five overall production we don’t know what is.
5. CB/WR Travis Hunter, Colorado – Jacksonville Jaguars
Jacksonville has needs in several places, but one easy way to combat that? Draft a guy that can play on either side of the ball. CBS Sports has this 2025 NFL Draft pick by the Jags as an offensive pick, for what it’s worth.
Hunter is coming off a Heisman Trophy campaign in which he excelled equally on both sides of the ball. He’s got a lot of natural instincts as a receiver; instincts made stronger by having learned and studied the cornerback position extensively.
6. DT Mason Graham, Michigan – Las Vegas Raiders

If you want to shore up your defensive front adding Graham is a great place to start. He’s an absolute anchor in the middle of the defense, with a “low-leverage playing style and exceptional strength,” per the NFL Network’s Bucky Brooks.

Graham is coming off his best season yet. Despite playing inside, he logged 45 tackles, 7.0 tackles for a loss, 3.5 sacks, a pass defended and a blocked kick. Not too shabby for a big man on the interior.
7. OL Will Campbell, LSU – New York Jets
The New York Jets have a lot of needs, including a likely hole at receiver. But rather than select skill position help, the Jets take a pick in the trenches to help shore up a need offensively.
It doesn’t get much better than Campbell, who was remarkably consistent during his career with the Tigers. Bucky Brooks recently described him as “a plug-and-play starter with the talent, technique and temperament to set the tone.”
8. EDGE Jalon Walker, Georgia – Carolina Panthers
One of two potential top-10 picks out of Georgia is likely to be Walker, the uber-talented edge rusher opposite Mykel Williams. Carolina could definitely use the help to aid its pass rush.
Walker nearly tripled his production in 2024, recording 60 tackles, 10.5 tackles for a loss, 6.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries and two passes defended. His motor will earn him plenty of money at the next level, starting with the 2025 NFL Draft.
9. EDGE Mykel Williams, Georgia – New Orleans Saints

New Orleans has a slightly aging pass-rush, and multiple 2025 NFL Draft mocks have now had the Saints taking a pass-rusher. Williams would be an excellent fit as a disruptor up front.
The talented Georgia pass-rusher is coming off a season in which he logged 21 tackles, 8.5 tackles for a loss, 5.0 sacks two forced fumbles and a pass defended. Perhaps a touch light, but you have to consider he played opposite another first-round talent.
10. OL Kelvin Banks, Texas – Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears absolutely need to get some help for Caleb Williams after hanging him out to dry a bit with the roster construction. Taking an offensive tackle in the top 10 picks of the 2025 NFL Draft would certainly qualify.
Banks has now started in 42 games for the Longhorns. He was the 2024 Lombardi Award winner and the Outland Trophy winner, so he’s widely regarded as one of the top linemen in the game. He’d be a great get for New England inside the top five.
