2025 NFL Draft (On3)

As the 2024 college football campaign came to an end earlier this week with Ohio State’s national title victory, Daniel Jeremiah of NFL Network has turned his attention to the 2025 NFL Draft.

The countdown to April 24 is on, when the top prospects in all of football will take the stage in Green Bay, Wisconsin. There’s a ton of quarterback-needy teams as always, and tremendous prospects on both sides of the football, and Jeremiah tried to play matchmaker for them all.

With that in mind, Jeremiah has released his first Mock Draft of the season. Check it out below, as the NFL Network analyst predicted the entire first round, as it stands at the moment.

1. Tennessee Titans: Abdul Carter, OLB – Penn State

First, Jeremiah has the Titans sticking with Will Levis at quarterback, or at least unwilling to take a quarterback with the first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. He believes Abdul Carter will be the pick, as they shore up their defensive unit.

Jeremiah: “My ears perked up when Titans president of football operations Chad Brinker said the team wouldn’t pass on a generational talent with the first pick. To me, Carter is the best player in the draft and he plays a premium position. I could see Tennessee looking to add competition for QB Will Levis in the free-agent market or later on in the draft.”

2. Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter, WR/CB – Colorado

While Jeremiah admitted the Browns could move in a different direction from Deshaun Watson, he’s not mocking a quarterback to Cleveland. Instead, they land the two-way superstar, and the reigning Heisman Trophy winner in Travis Hunter.

Jeremiah: “Quarterback is in play here for the Browns, but in this scenario, they pick Hunter, the Heisman Trophy-winning two-way star. I’m in the minority as someone who prefers him as a full-time offensive player who moonlights on defense.”

3. New York Giants: Cam Ward, QB – Miami

The first quarterback off the board is Cam Ward to the Giants. New York is in desperate need of a quarterback, and The Big Apple would rejoice at the idea of landing their pick between Ward and Shedeur Sanders at No. 3.

Jeremiah: “The Giants are desperate for a quarterback. Ward’s strong arm and playmaking ability would be a great fit.”

4. New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT – LSU

Mike Vrabel is the man in charge now, and he needs to get Drake Maye some protection. Jeremiah believes that’ll come in the form of Will Campbell, as the top offensive lineman available goes to New England at No. 4.

Jeremiah: “The Patriots must help Drake Maye on the offensive line. I see Campbell as a safe, steady player who is still improving.”

5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham, DT – Michigan

The Jaguars made an incredible effort to land one of the top offensive minds in football in Liam Coen as their head coach. At No. 5, Jeremiah has them handling the defensive side of the ball, landing former Michigan star lineman Mason Graham.

Jeremiah: “Graham is one of the cleaner evaluations in the draft. He provides unbelievable quickness, balance and instincts.”

6. Las Vegas Raiders: Shedeur Sanders, QB – Colorado

Shedeur Sanders to Las Vegas makes too much sense in every facet. Considering his ties to Tom Brady and his desire to play for the franchise, Jeremiah didn’t overthink the future of the Raiders at No. 6.

Jeremiah: “Tom Brady, now a partner in the Raiders’ ownership, is someone who would appreciate Sanders’ toughness, accuracy and decision making.”

7. New York Jets: Tyler Warren, TE – Penn State

The Jets passed on Brock Bowers last season, and it’s easy to see why they may be filled with some regret. Tyler Warren would give them an incredible playmaker at No. 7, and somebody Aaron Rodgers can rely on, if he returns to New York in 2025.

Jeremiah: “Warren is one of my favorite players in this draft. He will be popular with his quarterback and running backs as a difference-making in-line tight end.”

8. Carolina Panthers: Tetairoa McMillan, WR – Arizona

Bryce Young looked more than capable after his benching last season. Jeremiah has Carolina adding to their receiving corps, as Arizona’s Tetairoa McMillan would create quite the one-two-punch with Xavier Legette.

Jeremiah: “The Panthers continue to build around Bryce Young with a big, rangy and athletic receiver in McMillen. He’ll be a red-zone menace.”

9. New Orleans Saints: Mykel Williams, OLB – Georgia

The Saints are in an interesting position, due to the fact that they don’t have a head coach yet, and there’s a myriad of questions with their roster. Jeremiah believes they’ll shore up the defensive side of the ball, choosing the Georgia superstar in Mykel Williams.

Jeremiah: “The Saints continue to add young, athletic players to their defensive front. Williams played hurt all season long, but his tools are exceptional.”

10. Chicago Bears: Tyler Booker, G – Alabama

At the end of the top ten, Ben Johnson’s first pick in Chicago will have a ton of eyes on it. Jeremiah believes the Bears will get some added protection for Caleb Williams, bringing Alabama’s Tyler Booker to the Windy City.

Jeremiah: “I think Booker is one of the safest picks in the draft. He will help firm up the interior offensive line for Caleb Williams.”
