Pro Football Focus released its updated NFL Mock Draft for 2025. Yes, we’re a ways away from the draft, but it’s never too early right?

This draft will be highlighted by generational players, some quarterbacks and elite defenders, especially within the top 10 picks. Of course, the order is based off current records, so this could drastically change.

Let’s dive into Pro Football Focus’ latest NFL Mock Draft for 2025.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Travis Hunter, CB/WR – Colorado

Hunter is the best player in college football right now. That’s the take from a lot of analysts and experts to this point.

If that continues, a potential Heisman Trophy and No. 1 pick distinction is in store for Hunter in next year’s draft. The two-way star plans to play both ways in the NFL.

2. Miami Dolphins: Jalen Milroe, QB – Alabama

USA Today

There’s a lot of hype around Milroe following Alabama’s start to the season, coupled with an epic win over Georgia. A dual threat quarterback, Milroe is in the Hiesman discussion and only got better under Kalen DeBoer through the first month of the season.

It seems like PFF is opting for the Dolphins to draft a new franchise quarterback with Tua Tagovailoa’s concussion issues. Milroe could be a star in Miami with the weapons at his disposal.

3. New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT – LSU

Campbell’s been a hot commodity on draft boards since last year. Now that the LSU tackle is finally eligible this coming year, he probably won’t last long.

The Patriots desperately need to revamp the offensive line. In order to keep franchise quarterback Drake Maye upright, when he finally debuts of course, Campbell would be a great start.

4. Cincinnati Bengals: Mason Graham, DL – Michigan

Graham is rated as college football’s best defensive lineman. It would benefit the Bengals to draft a man of this caliber.

Michigan just churns out first round picks lately, especially after last year’s national championship squad. Graham is one of the holdovers and is still a game wrecker in 2024.

5. Cleveland Browns: Kelvin Banks, OT – Texas

Banks is the other top offensive tackle in the draft as it could end up being a debate between him and Campbell for the first one off the board. The Browns could use him.

Heck, Banks is keeping Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning upright at the moment. He can easily do the same for DeShaun Watson, Jameis Winston or heck, someone else in 2025.

6. Tennessee Titans: Tetairoa McMillan, WR – Arizona

The Titans are a bit of a frisky team and it still might be up in the air if Will Levis is their true franchise quarterback. But if they stick with him, he could use some help.

McMillan is one of the best wide receivers available in the draft and PFF is opting for him first in 2025. He’s gotten better each year at Arizona.

7. Carolina Panthers: Nic Scourton, EDGE – Texas A&M

The Panthers need everything and anything at this point. Bryce Young might not work out at quarterback so maybe this draft is a chance to get a new one?

Right now, PFF isn’t going to go that far as Scourton comes off the board. He’s an elite pass rusher which was proven at Purdue and now at Texas A&M this season.

8. Los Angeles Rams: Will Johnson, CB – Michigan

Travis Hunter might be the best corner in the draft, but some might prefer Johnson. Going into the season, many pegged him as elite caliber.

Either way, he’s not going to last past the top 10 picks it seems. He was a key cog to Michigan’s national championship defense last year and is doing the same this season, trying to get the Wolverines back to the playoffs.

9. Arizona Cardinals: Kenneth Grant, DL – Michigan

Hey another Michigan defender! Right now, PFF projects three of them in the draft’s top 10 picks in 2025.
If Graham is the best defensive lineman, then Grant must be second best. It’s almost unfair to have that type of duo in the middle of your defensive line.

10. New York Giants: Cam Ward, QB – Miami

Another quarterback off the board and this one is also in the Heisman conversation. Ward’s been great since coming to the U.

After showing off at Washington State, Ward decided to spend his final year in south Florida and boy, his value has skyrocketed. It seems like the Giants are set to move on from Daniel Jones, according to PFF.
