2025 NFL Draft: QBs dominate NFL.com 7-round Mock Draft in surprising movement

The latest NFL.com Mock Draft is here with a full seven rounds from Chad Reuter and there are plenty of quarterbacks to go around. Reuter also used trades throughout his mock.
The typical guys go at the top. But, there is a third quarterback in the top 10 of this mock draft, so things are about to get crazy.
Without further ado, now that we are in the week of the draft, let’s dive into this mock draft. We’ll breakdown the top 10 in depth.
1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB – Miami
Ward is the go-to pick at No. 1 at this point and if your NFL Mock Draft doesn’t have him here, what are you doing? The former Miami star is set to be a franchise changer.
At least, that’s what the Titans hope for right? He steadily improved throughout his college career and the Titans are banking on this hard reset as a team.
2. Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter, WR/CB – Colorado

Hunter is the pick here in this NFL Mock Draft. Seemingly, the Heisman Trophy winner is now the popular selection for the Browns.
He can play both ways and it’s a matter of how Cleveland views him as an NFL player. He’s bound to play both sides but which one will he do primarily?
3. New York Giants: Abdul Carter, EDGE – Penn State
So if the Giants don’t draft a quarterback here and Hunter is not available, it’d be wise to take Carter. The Giants will have their own NFC East version of Micah Parsons!
That’s Carter’s biggest comparison, as far as current players are concerned. He’s a game wrecked and the type of player that can change a defense with his presence.
4. New England Patriots: Ashton Jeanty, RB – Boise State
The Patriots pull off a bit of a surprise here with Jeanty in this mock draft. The former Boise State star’s stock is going up now, if it wasn’t already high.
Giving Drake Maye this type of weapon in the backfield could be very fun. The Patriots need a lot, but you might as well add some star power t this team going into 2025.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham, EDGE – Michigan

Another NFL Mock Draft, another prediction of Mason Graham to the Jacksonville Jaguars. That’s right, these two parties seem to be made for each other.
In fact, it might be a travesty if the Jaguars don’t take a talented player like this and opt for someone else. Just get the jersey already.
6. Las Vegas Raiders: Shedeur Sanders, QB – Colorado
The Raiders, who have been a popular destination for Ashton Jeanty, will get the other star here. Sanders is a Raider and that just seems right, doesn’t it?
A new franchise quarterback who doesn’t have to go right away with Geno Smith under center. It’ll be interesting to see Pete Carroll coach up Sanders at the pro level.
7. New York Jets: Armand Membou, OT – Missouri
Membou rose up NFL Mock Draft boards following the Scouting Combine. His freakish athleticism really stands out.
Is he a top 10 pick? NFL.com thinks so after keeping him in the back half of the first round for most mocks. The Jets won’t hurt themselves trying to improve the offensive line once again.
8. Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, EDGE – Georgia

Walker is a dude, that’s a fact. He’s an instant starter for the Panthers and gives them a fearsome presence on the edge.

NFL.com wouldn’t have Walker lasting too much longer in this first round of this NFL Mock Draft if he doesn’t go here. So, Carolina has to swoop in on the Georgia pass rusher.
9. New Orleans Saints: Jaxson Dart, QB – Ole Miss
The Saints go out and get a quarterback in this mock draft as well, but it’s not Sanders. Dart’s stock has risen now that we’re at draft week.
The former Ole Miss star was very productive in college and could transition well to the NFL. Being in Kellen Moore’s offense could help for sure, but he might have to go right away with Derek Carr’s status up in the air.
10. Chicago Bears: Will Campbell, OT – LSU
Some weapons aren’t on the board here for the Bears, but they can get a stalwart on the offensive line. Campbell is a beast, despite the shorter arms that some critique him for.
But, this man is a franchise left tackle and will protect Caleb Williams. This would be a logical choice for Ben Johnson and crew with their first pick.
