Seeding has held in the East Region, with the one and two-seed facing off in the Elite Eight. Duke and Alabama are both one win away from the Final Four after big-time victories in the Sweet Sixteen. Arizona and BYU, respectively, were sent home after a nice NCAA Tournament run.

For Alabama, this would be a second consecutive year with a Final Four appearance. Nate Oats has changed expectations in Tuscaloosa, wanting to win a national championship. It’s hard to argue against anyone beating them if 25 three-pointers are going to fall as they did against BYU.

Moving over to Duke, it’s clear who has been running the show for Jon Scheyer‘s team. Cooper Flagg has reached a new level since coming back from his ankle injury. He is comfortably the best player on every court he steps on, no matter who the opponent is.

This will be one of the more anticipated matchups we have throughout the entire NCAA Tournament. Alabama is another example of the SEC having an immense amount of success outside of the conference, while Duke has taken down a few members of the conference. Another one is going to be required on Saturday.
