Alabama vs. Missouri odds: Brady Cook status shifts point spread big in Tide, Tigers matchup
Alabama has grown to a 17-point favorite over Missouri on Saturday, according to Ceasars Sportsbook. They were previously favored by 13.5 points.
The shift comes following the news that Tigers quarterback Brady Cook is “doubtful,” to play against the Crimson Tide, according to a report from ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
Cook suffered a non-contact injury during Week 8’s comeback win against Auburn. He was taken to the hospital, and despite his ailment was able to lead his team to a 21-17 victory against the Tigers.
FanDuel Sportsbook and ESPNBet have also adjusted their lines, mirroring Ceasars by calling the Tide 16.5-point favorites. The same goes for DraftKings, who went with the straight 17-points along with Caesars.
