For multiple events this season including the season-opener at Daytona, Harrison Burton is teaming up with Dead On Tools. AM Racing announced the new partnership today. Burton is taking a step back down to the NASCAR Xfinity Series for 2025 and has a great partner for it.

Harrison Burton may flourish this season in the Xfinity Series. AM Racing did not have a great 2024. Hailie Deegan began the year with them, lost her ride, and then a series of drivers took over the car.

Burton will be good for AM Racing if they can give him the equipment he needs. A driver with four wins in the Xfinity Series prior, Burton is ready to get back to running up front on a regular basis.

Dead On Tools is a familiar sponsor for NASCAR fans. They have been on a number of cars and trucks over the years. I really love this paint scheme. I think AM Racing made it their own, kept the Dead On Tools style, and the No. 25 looks like a nice piece heading into Daytona.

Harrison Burton is excited about it, too.

“I am stoked about this partnership with Dead On Tools this season,” Burton said in a team release. “Everyone has worked extremely hard this offseason to prepare for this year’s NASCAR Xfinity Series season.

“With their support, we believe we have all the tools we need — both on and off the track — to succeed. Their commitment to excellence matches the passion and determination of our team, and we’re ready to make this a season to remember.”

Harrison Burton lands sponsor for bulk of 2025 season

Harrison Burton will sport the Dead On colors for 10 total races. He will also have the sponsor on board for Las Vegas, Martinsville, Texas, Charlotte, Chicago, Gateway, Las Vegas-2, Martinsville-2, and the Phoenix championship race.

That means a third of Burton’s season is covered by one sponsor. That is solid. AM Racing likely has other partners up their sleeves. We know that Burton worked with a number of sponsors at Wood Brothers over the years.

Following his win at Daytona last season, Burton seemed fine with his future in NASCAR. He knows going to the Xfinity Series doesn’t mean he won’t ever make it back to Cup. It does mean he has to earn his way back, though.

Don’t count Harrison Burton out. He could be a dark horse in the Xfinity Series this year. He is still young but has experience. Is it possible that AM Racing will be competitive with Burton in 2025?
