Amari Cooper, Josh Allen combine for most insane touchdown of the year

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen made an outstanding play against the San Francisco 49ers, throwing a pass to wide receiver Amari Cooper who then handed it back to Allen who ran it in for a touchdown. The touchdown play increased the Bills’ lead over the 49ers 28-3 in the third quarter.
The NFL officially scored it as Allen getting a passing and receiving touchdown on the play. It was such an amazing play that even Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes had a strong reaction.
“That was lit,” Mahomes wrote on X.
Allen and Cooper will be key players for the Bills during the final weeks of the regular season. If Buffalo wants to make a run at the Super Bowl, the duo will have to continue to make big plays like the one against the 49ers.
Josh Allen talks about having Amari Cooper on Bills roster
Cooper joined the Bills in October via trade from the Cleveland Browns. In the three games, Cooper has played with the Bills (excluding the 49ers contest), he has caught seven passes for 124 yards and one touchdown. In Cooper’s debut game with Buffalo, he caught four passes for 66 yards and one TD against the Tennessee Titans.

“That’s the mindset that we’ve always had, is ‘everybody eats,’” Allen told reporters at the time, per Sports Illustrated. “Just because we get a guy like him and his caliber doesn’t mean we’re going to try to force-feed him targets. Everybody’s going to be in their position and do their role, and again, some weeks we’re going to ask more from other guys than others. That’s just kind of how we’ve been doing it, but it was good to see our guys getting involved today.”
When talking about Cooper, Allen said, “Anytime you have a player of his caliber, he demands extra attention, and if you don’t, we’re probably going to throw him the ball. “Again, our guys did a good job of getting open and making plays. I know Khalil [Shakir] is still not 100%, he’s battling through it and played his tail off. I think Keon [Coleman] went over for 100 yards for his first time in his career. That was pretty awesome to see, first.”
