Another angle emerges of Ricky Stenhouse Jr. fight with Kyle Busch on pit road after All-Star Race
The fight between Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kyle Busch has been shared from a different angle. Jordan Bianchi of The Athletic shared a video that shows Busch walking up to Stenhouse after the NASCAR All-Star Race. The two drivers talked about the wreck that led to Stenhouse being eliminated from the race before he threw a punch at Busch. It then led to members from both teams battling before Busch yelled at Stenhouse.
The wreck happened in the early stages of the race. Busch ran into Stenhouse because he believed that Stenhouse tried to do the same to him. As the two were talking, Stenhouse told Busch he never ran into him.
It was likely a fight was going to happen after what Stenhouse told Fox Sports. “We passed him, he left the middle open,” Stenhouse said after the wreck. “Short race, you’re trying to get all you can get. We passed him and I guess he was mad. So I parked my car in the pit box, I figured he would do something like that, so maybe Richard (Childress) will hold my watch after the race.”
What fans are saying about the Kyle Busch-Ricky Stenhouse Jr. fight
Many fans had a lot to say about the fight. One person wrote: “I’m fine with driver vs driver conflict. Heck, I’d even be ok with driver wives going after drivers. But when scrubs that hang around teams go after other drivers I’m a solid fan of permanent ejection from the sport.”

“My only issue is this: why the hell is Stenhouse’s dad going after Kyle Busch?” another person said on X (formerly known as Twitter) That’s inexcusable & he should have his hard card revoked for a while.”
After the fight, Stenhouse spoke to Fox Sports and said, “I feel like Kyle and I have always raced each other really hard back to the Nationwide Series when we were competing for wins week in and week out. Never had any issues. Then you know, I wrecked him one time at Daytona and he’s been kinda bad-mouthing me ever since then. I feel like we get along with each other okay outside the race track, I talk to him quite a bit.
“I’m not sure why he was so mad, I shoved it three-wide, but I mean, he hit the fence and kind of came off the wall and ran into me. I don’t know when I was talking to him he kept saying that I wrecked him. So, definitely built up frustration with how he runs his mouth all the time about myself, but I know he’s frustrated because he doesn’t run as well as he used to. I understand that.”
