Bears DT Justin Jones reignites rivalry with Packers, calls Green Bay fans 'sh*tty'
It’s been a one-sided rivalry of late, in terms of results on the field, but that isn’t stopping Chicago Bears defensive lineman Justin Jones from sounding off on the Green Bay Packers and their fans. Jones said Packers fans are “sh*tty,” according to The Athletic’s Kevin Fishbain.
To boot, Jones said “half of them don’t even know football” to make sure the barrage landed. Rarely does trash talk like this come out of mandatory minicamps and OTAs. And Jones wasn’t done.
“Half of them don’t even know football. It’s so weird to me. But I’m just ready to get back out there and play and I want to go out there and I want to beat the hell out of them on their field and I want to hear the boos then. That’s what I look forward to,” Jones said, according to Fishbain.
While the Packers are in a transitional period, handing the keys to Jordan Love on offense, Jones and the Bears better hope they can back up the talk. Since the turn of the century, the Packers have dominated the Bears, winning 35 of the 47 contests between the two divisional rivals.
The last decade has been particularly bleak, with the Bears beating the Packers just three times since 2013.
The Packers aren’t the only NFC North entity taking some heat
New Orleans Saints star Cam Jordan isn’t biting his tongue when it comes to Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins.
While Cousins has consistently been among the top quarterbacks in the league in recent seasons, the signal caller has received a ton of flack throughout the NFL. Evidently, Jordan is more on the side of Cousins is overrated than a superstar.

Speaking on decision making at the professional level, Jordan used Cousins’ name as a verb, and not a good one if you’re a fan of the Vikings star.
“A fast, right decision, you’re a winner,” Jordan said. “And a slow, right decision, get your ass on the bench.”
“… Slow, right decisions, we love them. We call them, ‘Kirk Cousins.’”
Jordan is basically using Cousins as an example for some subpar quarterback play. That’s not going to feel good when it gets back around to the Vikings quarterback.
Alas, the Saints will travel to US Bank Stadium on Sun. November 11 to face the Vikings, and that could be the next time Jordan and Cousins cross paths. Perhaps they’ll be able to have a little conversation about the trash talk.
