In a weekend full of Game 7s across sports, one of the most anticipated games was the Boston Celtics hosting the Milwaukee Bucks at the TD Garden in the Eastern Conference semifinals. While the game did not live up to the hype as the Celtics pulled away in the second half, a series with the Miami Heat is now on the docket.

Everybody involved with the Boston franchise is excited for the Eastern Conference Finals but Jayson Tatum‘s son may have more to look forward to than anybody else. The young man will get to swim down in South Beach and enjoy the nice weather for a few days.

Tatum and his son were at the podium after the Game 7 win, where they fully explained why a trip to Miami was exciting for their family.

“I will swimming with daddy and me,” Tatum’s son, Duece, said.

You can watch the full moment below.

Tatum was the Celtics’ top player in Game 7 against the Bucs, scoring 23 points with six rebounds, and eight assists. He did not lead the team in scoring but has been Boston’s best player throughout the series, if not the entire season. Being a well-rounded player as well, Tatum was elite on the defensive end too.

Now, the attention will be turned to Miami as the teams will be competing for the right to appear in The Finals. Throughout the season, Boston won two of the three games but everything will be thrown out the window. The playoffs are a completely different story.

Tatum will have to continue to be a top player if the Celtics want to advance. Spending time with his son Duece in the water could be a factor as well, as the two will get to catch some waves on the beach.
